RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You can return item(s) in the original packaging within 14 business days of receiving your order with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 business days or more have passed since you have received your order, your item(s) will not be eligible for a return.
Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Return process: Before sending your item(s) back, please contact us as email@example.com to notify us of your intent to return your items with your Full name, Order ID number, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Our friendly customer service team will then be able to provide you with a return authorization number, a return address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return. Please note that returns with no return authorization number will not be accepted therefore not be refunded. Customers are responsible for arranging shipping and any shipping costs related to returning the item(s). We recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment. Please keep the tracking number for reference until your return has been processed. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have any questions.
In the event your order is cancelled, or returned through our return process you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 7 business days, if your item(s) is eligible for a return. If your item is eligible for a return, we will process a a full refund of the item(s) to your original payment method.
Canceled orders will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds usually take 5-7 business days from the time they're processed to show on your bank statement.
