We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the Postal Service (USPS, and Post Canada) or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is verified, the payment is processed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
DECO DISCOUNTS provides safe and secure checkout by encrypting your credit card information using SSL. We have partnered with Shopify Inc. to ensure payment is made safely. To reduce the possibility of unauthorized access, the details of your card will be encrypted.
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by DECO DISCOUNTS. DECO DISCOUNTS reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
When you place an order with DECO DISCOUNTS, the funds are reserved for us by your bank - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money however it may take up to 4-6 business days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
You have 60 minutes after completing your order to cancel it. You have 6 hours after completing your order to update it. We're really quick at packing your order!
You can return item(s) in the original packaging within 14 business days of receiving your order with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 business days or more have passed since you have received your order, your item(s) will not be eligible for a return.
Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Return process: Before sending your item(s) back, please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intent to return your items with your Full name, Order ID number, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Our friendly customer service team will then be able to provide you with a return authorization number, a return address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return. Please note that returns with no return authorization number will not be accepted therefore not be refunded. Customers are responsible for arranging shipping and any shipping costs related to returning the item(s). We recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment. Please keep the tracking number for reference until your return has been processed. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have any questions.
In the event your order is cancelled, or returned through our return process you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 7 business days, if your item(s) is eligible for a return. If your item is eligible for a return, we will process a a full refund of the item(s) to your original payment method.
Canceled orders will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds usually take 5-7 business days from the time they're processed to show on your bank statement.
